Social culture is friendly, offers travel opportunities

Compensation levels below comparable companies, Norwegian-US cultures can clash, indecisive leadership on strategic direction of technology. Many engineers brought in, few new products delivered. Merger with T-VIPS will create more grinding gears with competing products and make the company more Norwegian--more bureaucratic.
