Pros

Nevro embraces a culture of innovation, professional education and training, therapy with the greatest versatility available to transform the lives of patients living with Salaries are supported with exceptional extras. Our local leadership team is exceptional. They are approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in providing the training and tools to ensure every opportunity for success. There are ample opportunities for feedback and collaboration. Their support is unmatched compared to other environments I’ve worked in, and this contributes to my level of engagement and enjoyment at work.

Cons

The hours can be long as is the nature of working with medical devices. However, the privilege contributing to changing the lives of patients well and truly outweighs this.
