School keeps adapting for its students and listens to staff
Pros
After a year working with Nevy’s, I’ll say what’s great about Nevy’s is the amount of effort they have us put at reaching out to clients and offering them exactly what they want. Our offers have known multiple changes through the last year only with a goal of giving them what they wanted and it’s encouraging as a recruiter to know the company is working with you to make those you reach out to happier. Also, the company has been offering a lot of new ways recruiters can make more money and it’s just a happy experience to be in a company that will make you happy as long as they can keep things running so I’m happy, the CEO listens to his staff and that’s amazing.
Cons
The school is really goal oriented and the CEO keeps us in touch with the plans and so in an effort to give the best they sometimes need you to bear with them as they test things out. Not really a con but you’ll need to be willing to take the ride with them and figure out what’s the best.
