Pros
Energetic morning meetings, if you are good at sales and LOVE forcing people to buy things you might like it. (Nothing else I just need to get to the word minimum)
Cons
The pay is bad. Management doesn't know what they are doing. You get your schedule 3 days in advance. Says it's a marketing job and the numbers don't matter but it's sales and they do. The pay is horrible. The hours are exhausting you work 7 days a week. They say you'll be promoted and not be doing this after the first 2 months but that's not the case everyone does the same job. They focus a lot on working your way up to owner and opening your own company, it's a little shady and seems like a pyramid scheme. Also every meeting is mandatory I told them in all 3 interviews that I had school and was not able to make meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays they informed me that it was okay and hired me but then punished me for not being at meetings those 2 days. Overall just a bad company
