No clear directives, lack of leadership from top management, changing priorities, highly political environment, and some highly unprofessional behavior from certain managers.

Management is inadequate, they promote managers that have no management or real skills. Projects always pushed and in discussions managers often screaming at each other. Upper management does absolutely nothing about it except fire people. Canadian office supposedly "reports" to HK. This is joke or conspiracy. When management aren't able to explain themselves they blame "HK Head Office" especially for lab experiments that don't go as planned the company will cover it up with "Change of Direction from HK" because it is obvious we cannot question HK. Office always cold, but engineers cannot do anything about it. Computers were always slow yet the huge IT team cannot do anything to improve.
