      Opportunity to work with veterans and good coworkers

      Cons

      This place promotes favoritism. It funds money to certain projects and leaves other places to fend for themselves. Staff are forced to work with equipment that is close to braking. Company is too cheap to allocate proper resources to staff.

      Working in transitional housing has its challenges but management is nice and works well with staff. Staff is nice and gets along well

      Pay for your position is low compared to other jobs similar program struggles with increasing wages over time

      Pros

      Full medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement package.

      Cons

      High turnover, stress and workload. Salary did not fit experience level and cost of living in Los Angeles-just not sustainable nor competitive at all. Poor management. Very difficult to comfortably take days off given the lack support in the department.
