Upper Management is micromanagers. Makes you feel like you dont know what your doing (No matter the experience you already have). No credit is given for success. CEO is tanking company and nothing is being done to fix it. Youll never get a raise. No growth oppurtunities.
Good team effort, good benefits, decent pay. Overall crew and management is okay. Can physically and verbally hear that management trys to assist with issues that arise.
