Flexability in work schedule and potential for great commissions and helping people protect their families.
Cons
You pay for everything from insurance down to your copies and faxes. My expenses this year is around 15K: Insurance, Office Fees, Errors and ommission Insurance, Marketing, etc. Most importantly recruiters will tell you anything to get you to come on board; they are hungery for anyone who is smart engouh to pass all the exams and stupid enough to not completly understand the compensation plan as a new represenative.
