Awesome benefits great pay your not just another number off weekends but can pick up Saturdays line Haul or city home almost every day

Cons

Low man gets all the layovers senior drivers get the load first don't matter if you've been waiting an hour or 10 minutes but it's fair can't really so anything negative great company

Cons

No raises for YEARS... then very low lousy raises. Employees are paid below the industry standard. Management doesn't care about retaining good employees or they would reward good work with decent raises.
