40 hour work week, hardly ever have to work OT, work/life balance.

Cons

Fairly strict attendance policy, no flex work schedule.

Pros

Adult Content is actually pretty interesting. Some great insight into consumer behavior in cable VOD, great research staff. Nice location in north Boulder.

Cons

Management infighting, nepotism, killed the company. I hear that under the new ownership the company is like a slowly sinking ship.
