      Affordable health benefits but low pay and job insecurity

      Pros

      The health benefits are affordable. They also have a clinic onsite that will do basic checkups at not cost. Health Risk Assessments are completely yearly that help determine health insurance premiums based on risks such as weight, glucose levels, blood pressure, ect.

      Cons

      NHC is notorious for underpaying employees. Due to it being a government entity, county budgets cuts often lead to job elimination.
