      Great place to get your DCJS licenses but not for long term

      Pros

      It was a company to gain my experience in the HR department and learn from my 4 years there until they sold the company to SOS.

      Cons

      During my time at NHSS there was alot of turnover which is quite common in the security industry but even within the "corporate" posistions.
