Pros

Less residents to care for, workload not too heavy, small facility

Cons

Administration have been there for years and set in their ways, want the workers to turn a blind eye to abuse accusations/allegations. If you have a voice and stand up for yourself and what's right, Administration will find a reason to try and terminate you. This facility keeps employees there that sleep on the job, smoke on the job, leave the job while on the clock, and try to bully and intimidate employees that try to do the right things.
