Overall not bad, just seem like there is little room to move around once you are hired in. The people are nice except for a select few overall. Usually didn't have trouble requesting time off if needed, treated fair by management etc.
Cons
As stated, little room for growth or moving around when hired in. Seems like if you get hired and later find you would like to help in other ways or move to a different roll its not really an option.
There were some elements of favoritism that surfaced. At times was asked to work OT which was not a big deal but don't expect to be able to leave an hour early one day just because you were asked to put in an extra hour the day before.
Sometimes went a little too far with micromanagement.
