Unpredictable schedule, little acknowledgement for hard work, no scheduled raises, short staffed, the organization promised the youth things they didn’t deliver on, excessive problems due to a lack of staff and a high rate of employee turnover, hardworking employees like myself were bombarded with additional responsibilities due to the staff shortage while other staff members behaved worse than the youth with no repercussions.

You do not get a lunch break. HR stated during orientation, "we do not get a lunch break, we eat at our desks." Upper management is extremely condescending and rude. They have unfair and unrealistic expectations. Depending on your manager, they can be overwhelmed and will mismanage you. You also have to pay for parking. They also have a high turnover rate and will terminate your employment for no reason if you are an "at will" employee.
