Pros

Their mission is good, and I joined believing they would do what they say.

Cons

CEO and executive team are cut-throat and back-stabbing. They cut staff to barebones and still expected growth and results. Most of the executive team has no real business experience and it shows. There a a lot of egos in the organization and it is an extremely toxic work environment filled with finger pointing and random layoffs and people being let go.
