Decent benefits, quarterly bonus, paid holidays, vacation time after 90 days

Cons

forced to write a lunch even when I don't get one, treated poorly by management (not all, just my direct manager) not high enough pay for what you have to put up with, going above in beyond doesn't matter here, negative work environment

Good pay and core beliefs are excellent if they where followed at every level in the company.

Cons

Management says the right things but their actions do not reflect the words that they say. Those in management really do not know how to manage people. Also, when you voice concerns about problems that you see as an employee. They say they hear you but then do nothing about it.

The benefits and vision that the parent company has in place for their employees is amazing.

Cons

The work was very stressful due to the expectation of working in several different areas. Managers micromanage and lack a true understanding or care for the employees. Most employees often felt as if the managers didn’t care, that they oppressed them and abused their power.
