      It's a Wonderful Realm!

      Pros

      Working at New Realm has been arguably the best job I've ever had. The product we sell is top notch, the various managers that I report to make every process run smoothly, and there's a crucial emphasis on team growth/shared success that I yearned for in previous careers. Work-life balance is excellent as are the benefits and career opportunities provided. This company is growing whilst the industry as a whole steadily declines. There's a winning formula here- that's undeniable.

      Cons

      Only real negative that comes to mind is-- We need more merch, apparel, swag, etc.! While we have the bases covered for the most part, I think we could really lean into the Hazy Fox Family branding a bit more. Bright teal and orange branded barmats, rotating fox characters/animals imagery, neon signs, fox plushies, etc. The online store should also be robust and varied. Again, this is more of an opinion than a critique of a core facet of this company. Ultimately, we might decide that funds are better spent elsewhere.
