I have been really enjoying my time at New Reflexions, moving from running my own business, this was the change I needed. The management and other team members are really supportive, making me fit right in. The company supplies all the training you need at no cost to you, and you have opportunities to learn all types of new skills. The work like balance is excellent, a good environment to work in and I look forward to progressing in the company.

Shift rotation of three days on and six off gives a good work / life balance for staff, (managers work Mon to Fri) Ability to work with some compassionate, commited, dedicated and amazing people to provide the best possible outcomes for young people.
