    Great overall company. New Relic has been transformative in my professional growth.

    There are not many Cons to document. There have been growing pains, which any company will experience when you 10x your revenue, employee size and product suite.

    Pros

    - good bonuses - great space to be in - generally kind people - somewhat pandemic resistant

    Cons

    - you will almost never understand the product unless you are willing to spend hundreds of hours learning. goodbye work life balance. - forget handling technical objections, you won't understand the product - you will sound like an idiot unless your SE is with you - extremely heavy competition. And no one truly knows what the benefits are - saturated territories. - very very high turnover - high stress environment - less than 50% of the sales team hitting quota
