Pros

Big clients, looks great on the CV. Lots of processes, somewhat organised. Market level pay. The team is lovely and kind.

Cons

When I first joined it was vibrant and exciting. In more recent times, management became less honest. CEO is passionate but very short tempered, and publically being told off is not unusual. Sometimes you hear yelling at staff from the boardroom but everyone can hear. Team is overworked and burned out. People cry in the office. Management don't trust team. Feedback from team is not welcomed. Reviews are based on the opinions of the CEO, and you'll be lucky if they happen. Valuable team members become more like an assistant to the CEO instead of developing their roles, making their roles less important. Management expect you to be flexible but they won't be. It's no surprise so many leave. Staff has no confidence. Many of the staff play politics and pretend to like CEO but complain about him when he's not around.

Pros

- Good brands - Didn't often work too late - Nice team

Cons

- CEO is out of control and bullying and threating behaviour was observed on multiple occasions, across a variety of people who were great at their jobs - No sick pay, not allowed to go to emergency doctors appointments if they fall on a Monday or Friday. (Witnessed staff ask for them to publically be shamed on email and told to take the day off) - No real investment or training for staff, they just want you to do your job and stay where you are - Divided and inefficient leadership with founders on completely different paths causing internal conflict
