      Pros

      Can be rewarding, the kids are great. Pay is ok for entry level in this area.

      Cons

      Pay is usually late getting in your account, 0 support from office staff, no care for employee experience, give the cottages spoiled and molded food and tell them to pick through it

      Pros

      If you take the job it is obviously so you can help kids in a difficult spot. The kids are always the pro to this job even when they are having bad days.

      Cons

      Office staff clock out at 4 and leave parents stranded when they need support. You are not even allowed to call or text someone if they are not clocked in. A lot of passive aggressive meetings. The whole meeting is about what 1 person did but everyone has to go and act like they don't know who/what the problem is.

      Fulfilling the will of God A true loving relationship with these kids Working in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen Having a loving and friendly staff who supports you Everyone there is God motivated and cares for the children’s well-being

      It’s not for the faint of heart/ you must truely feel that this is your calling beforehand
