      Good Company with Good Culture

      Pros

      Small office and corporate team allows you to have a lot of hands-on experience and wear a lot of different hats. You get to see most of the people you work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The downside of being at a smaller firm is that there will be a lot of reliance on you and not always somewhere there to cover when you are out.

      A good way to make money with little experience or education

      Cons

      There is very little communication between everyone, other than the fact that their expectations are high and training is minimal. An exhausting job that burns you out quick and leaves you jaded.
