      Pros

      Pay was good. They provided the essential tools for the job. Open line of communication (with only 1 of the VP's)

      Cons

      The culture of the upper management was reminiscent of a fraternity. Lying to pass the responsibility seemed to be the norm. Instability of the industry leads to high turn over and no job security. Huge disconnect between upper management and employees. No 401K

      Pros

      Flexible if you have to leave early for a doctor's apt or event. Even flexible if you need to take a day off. Warehouse guys are awesome. Pay is decent, not nearly high enough for everything I was doing though.

      Cons

      There is a lot I could say, but I'm opting not to.
