      Decent pay"................................Benefits after a year? ........no way! It is good for a part time job or until you find job somewhere else

      Cons

      They hire you on Monday. Layoffs on Wednesday. They will call you on Friday to ask you to come to work on Saturday and Sunday because they are behind schedule. That is pretty much a week of work there. If you are lucky you can stay the whole week cleaning windows and doing some housekeeping tasks. If you are pursuing your license as an apprentice puf! Forget it.

      Pros

      Interesting work, various types of projects. Variable exposure to many aircraft types. Never the same task twice.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and inconsistent. Majority of management consists of poor people skills, and lack of industry experience outside of the company. Employee training and thus retention at the early stages of employment is poor.

      Pros

      Hourly Pay is good, and hours are ok 8-4:30. Some stat holidays you get off but not all.

      Cons

      Everything else - chemical smells, no training, casual sexual harassment.
