      Beautiful listings, end of year parties.

      Cons

      Crooks, bait and switch all day long ! Work 80+ hours, one of the brokers is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Constant ridicule and expected to work and neglect your health and everything else to please the management. Very bad temper, very rude comments, and often lie to clients about everything! Don’t waste ur time no one lasts more then a year, and if you do it’s because they let their health go, sleep go and peace of mind go.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people work here. The office has a great location.

      Cons

      The management is awful. Meetings consist of yelling, defaming, and discouragement rather than supporting and encouraging. No opportunities to move up. The management is so stingy with pay that they will do anything to save a dollar. The turnover in that office is consistently high.

      Good environment with semi-helpful management.

      Cons

      Too hard to have a car on Newbury to take clients out and have to park. Had to move car every 2 hours or pay ridiculous amount for a parking spot around Back Bay
