The people are great and management is great. Lots of people here that have worked here 10 years or more. Some have been here more than 20 years. Location is also great if you live in the valley.
Lots of great experience, as an Assistant Editor and eventually Editor. This is a while back, way before 2020 (Glassdoor's website didn't have the year available to select on the drop down menu). Before it became employee owned. Got to work on a lot of big film releases and campaigns. Honed my skillset and grew my network of colleagues.
Cons
Pay. Stale corporate atmosphere. Silo'd departments and segregated feeling. As with any ad agency company and business cycles, there were regular rounds of layoffs. Most of the talent had left.
