You can make alot of money with the mandatory extra 20hrs you have to work on top of your regular 40hr work week.
Cons
The place is nasty from the breakroom to the production floor. Management will back up their supervisors even to the point where they allow job harassment (on the supervisors end) They wait til you have 5min left of your shift and force you over. DO NOT COME TO WORK HERE! You might as well get locked up in jail! Jail will be better...seriously!
