Too many. Long hours - as in be prepared to sleep at work especially during the months of January to June. This includes working weekends. I'd also like to mention that you should not consider this job if you are trying to go back to school, there isn't much flexibility to complete the course work. Maternity leave is also hard to receive during the months of budget.
