You could get international exposure if you either work really hard and prove yourself OR just suck up to the right people and they'll save you the effort.

Cons

Loads, but let me list the top 3: 1. Since it's a family owned business, so be always an obedient servant, else you're out and even HR can't help. Once someone from HR got in the way and he was fired - the CHRO, so that's how much they care about you. 2. Hire and fire, so there's no concept of Coaching and PMS - it kinda happens, but mostly hire and fire is what the industry knows them for. 3. They will park some 5% salary of yours and give it back to you around Diwali "here is your Diwali bonus!" No wonder they've lost many good people who now are their competitors- both NewAge and the parent company Freight Systems
