Pros
Amazing place to work. Good team, easy to get along with. Schedule options are good. Training has been better. Job is pretty laid back. Work with store managers and not regular customers so usually the phone calls are nice.,
Cons
Have to fight for good raises. Sometimes miscommunication causes issues with the team. Management says one thing but does another. Senior management takes credit for work done by the guy on the low totem pole. Took away work from home opportunities. Benefits expensive.

Pros
Occasional free lunches. Decent pay and an introduction to IT systems.
Cons
Upper management will fire people to boost their bonuses, leaving vital equipment broken in excess of a year. A coworker consistently sexually harassed me, including telling me to lick parts of him. But since he was experienced, he was given a slap on the wrist. No opportunity for growth
