They may try to offer you a decent salary but trust me, it’s not worth it.

Cons

The owner of this company is completely disrespectful to his employees and clients. He was constantly condescending and insulting, creating an uncomfortable and hostile work environment with a high turnover. Don’t let the couple of longer term employees fool you, they have settled for working in constant chaos. I’ve seen his temper and questionable business practices first hand and would HIGHLY recommend seeking employment elsewhere!

You lasted a week- a week!! It probably would have been shorter- but we decided to give you chance after a horrendous couple of first days with you - look in the mirror Questions asked the first day this drive is too long can I work from home two to three days a week The hours are too early can't handle them I really can't sit a desk for longer than 5 hours Get a clue -

None whatsoever. Wish I would have seen through the smoke and mirrors, laughed in their faces and walked out of the interview.

Cons

Con and scam artists. Everything is wrong. The fact they are in business is unbelievable. Every person involved in sales there would not last a day In any other organization. Especially the owner. Listening to sales calls with them was amusing to say the least. Couldn't explain how they have ever closed a deal.

Sorry we have been in business for many years, unfortunately things don't always work out for everyone that has worked here. But I can say we can count the "turnover" we have had in the last four years on one hand. Says you were in sales..., you must be able to sell though, along with make into the office, to be successful here. We have had a few salespeople that have been with us for over ten years! We are in a great business, with great opportunities for everyone. We hope you have better success in your new position!

Sorry you felt that way! 95% of the time in this company, things go well and I do not have to jump in. I have much better things to do with my life than to micro-manage. But the buck stops with me. So when things go wrong, I’m the guy, whether people like it or not. Anyway, it’s nice that you liked our VP that’s a good thing. we hope you find your perfect fit some where else.
