      Pros

      Decent pay level. Had my own office.

      Cons

      Overall unhealthy staff culture. Everyone knows it, including leadership. Those in leadership look out for themselves not for their staff and certainly not for what's best for the campuses.

      Pros

      Actual, measurable ministry that doesn’t come at the expense of your family. Flexibility and authority to do your job. Limitless outlets for creativity and worship expression. Emphasis on in-person services with the ability and drive to create digital content for online audiences as needed. Strong, Christ-centered teaching with practical application that congregations can apply immediately. Beautiful locations in the hills of northeast Ohio. A perfect place to raise a family.

      Cons

      Multi-site is one of the more challenging types of churches to work for. But it’s also very rewarding.

      Pros

      Loved the culture of the church. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Strong values and the open door policy is actually kept. If you'd like to chat with executives or really anyone they will typically always give you the time. The hearts of the staff typically always mean well.

      Cons

      The job description is not often kept up with well. If someone else drops the ball, you may be given their responsibility without any compensation. It's not unheard of for staff to do two or more jobs they didn't agree to. Hard work is not rewarded and poor performance is tolerated which can create a lot of poor performance and lack of motivation. The pay scale is also pretty low.
