Very little company benefit. Managers Gary, Mark and director likes to brag a lot but in the end produce no result.

Lunch hours which is 1.5 hour.

Cons

No trust from management, no special benefit!low salary, no room for improvement. Don't listen to staffs suggestion. Management that fear of everything. Hard to expand the business.
