Pros

None, unless you enjoy ripping people off for money that you'll never see.

Cons

First of all, if you're reading any positive reviews, be assured that management is creating accounts on GlassDoor and is propping up their own score, a trainer told me this in confidence during a smoke break... As you can read from other employee reviews, you're selling stickers with addresses of individuals who have recently moved into a particular zip code. It's cold calling to businesses, and you're required to somehow get through to an owner or decision-making person. Most of the 'deals' that are secured end up going to collections, because what business owner is going to pay $200 for a $5 sheet of addresses they can obtain themselves from a county auditor website (this ends up coming out of your sales commission later). You're required to con a number these owners into agreeing to sign up within your training period or you're fired. Most, if not all of the 'vets' and 'trainers' are habitual drug addicts who arrive to work high or drunk, and management looks the other way because they are successful con-artists for this racket of an organization. Employees are treated like livestock, only there for the owner Alan Dyer's bottom line. If you have some kind of life-event or can't be into work for some reason, you're fired without notice (it's no accident that this organization operates in an 'at-will' employment state, they wouldn't get away with this elsewhere). I've observed people terminated for completely fabricated reasons, in the middle of the workday on the sales floor. This is used as intimidation for new and existing employees. BOOM! (you're required to shout this) made another sale. If you are considering this place as an employer I would implore you to find work elsewhere (warehouse, CSR call center, grocery would all be more stable and less-stressful). Building and facilities are in ancient disrepair, atrium windows are leaking, parking lot is a disaster, bathrooms are sickening, office smell of cigarette smoke. It's only a matter of time before this company caves, STAY AWAY

Pros

The company offers a very solid product concept .....but beware any company that offers you a "management" position after 2.7 days of training...and then expects you to be better than the last recruiter with no training - at all

Cons

The company expects that entry level people, who have NEVER worked in a sales environment will be able to, after 4 days of training, be successful with one call close selling (All Cold Calling B to B)
