Learning opportunities exist, but growth is lacking

Good opportunities to learn if sought out. Attempts at team building as well as emphasis on community service.

Cons

Very little structure or opportunities for growth. Compensation was under market and leadership seeks out feedback that’s never implemented. I never had performance reviews during my time here. Not sure how one is expected to grow with no set boundaries or expectations. Also a great deal of nepotism.

Great culture resulting from excellent Executive Management. One of the best companies I've ever worked for. A positive atmosphere with likeable personnel that work well together!

Cons

None, except I wish I had found this company sooner.
