Dishonest HR nightmare

Pros

A passion in the field of hearing loss. Employment opportunites for the unqualified. Employment opportunities for the elderly.

Cons

Poorly organized, lack of manpower, very high turn over rate, no training, disgruntle over-worked employees. Lots of top dogs making much more money than staff. Spending lots of money on travel, lodge and accommodations for upper management while not paying commissions earned to nonmanagement. Was asked religious affiliation and age in interview. CEO gave detailed account of former CFO's termination at a company meeting in front of over fifty employees. Failed to give details of job description until after hired, I.e. administration expected to clean the toilets, conduct work for other departments, while directed to give earned commission to employees who did not do the work. Pressure on employees to lie to consumers about pricing and licensing credentials. Places newly hired employees in many different positions not applied for. Management allows consumers to verbally abuse employees. Lack of team work.

Pros

None. I cant wait to find another job.

Cons

They only care about making more money. Does not care about clinics or patients. CEO became furious in a meeting and actually insinuated that we are not bound by ethics when asked why they use audio-grams that is an optical illusion to make loss look worse than it is? Staff said it felt deceptive to patients. The staff that asked that question was then sent home from meeting. The CEO then asked who determines what an audio-gram should look like.....this after his morning talk to us liking himself to Jesus Christ the Shepard of lost sheep. One of the top managers (right hand guy to CEO) encouraged a provider to trick patients when closing the sale by throwing out a higher number of product in the end of talk, if the patient doesn't notice or say anything then charge that number. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
