Pros
The company is like one big family. Everyone is very supportive of each other, here. It is a very casual place to work -- no strict rules on dress code. We are always having fun events at work, like company cookouts, luncheons, chili cook-offs, etc. Never a dull moment. Once you work here you will be spoiled, and never want to leave!
Cons
Salary is a little low, but you can attribute that to the area the company is in.
