      Steady job and workflow. Nice team to work with. Management are flexible and understanding with work-life balance.

      Pros

      There are some lovely people in the office and the overall team is friendly and approachable most of the time. Good money. Great venue!

      Cons

      No career progression, I ended up doing a different role that I didn't even apply for! I found some of the management unapproachable, and very rude. They are unable to see things from any point of view but their own. I found my time there with my team very lonely and miserable a lot of the time.
