Pros
Interesting group of people and a happy atmosphere. Company does have a limited number of social events yearly which are quite good. Flexitime was not explicitly provided, but generally this company is flexible when it comes to time management.
Cons
The organization is flexible with employee time requests, but requires them to be flexible in return. Can be a frustrating place to be at times because the organisation is often poor at managing customers. Poor renumeration for out-of-hours and on-call work. Lack of procedures, information sharing and oversight sometimes leads to slapdash operation of existing customer sites. True of both the development and operations groups. Customers become annoyed.
