      Pros

      I've worked for the company for 2 years and have to say the only good part is that the paychecks clear the bank most of the time.

      Cons

      Management is awful. There is no work-life balance. You are expected to work 24/7/365 with minimal time off and crappy benefits. Backstabbing and cliques are not only accepted, but encouraged. Not at all what you are told when hired.

      good pay strong benefits travel reembursment

      Cons

      unethical practices. company has very high turnover for very obvious reasons once you join their company, shady and illegal transactions to cover their errors, contracts are not in writing and upper management does not back up promised promotions or pay. Some Property managers falsify leases and signatures on the daily as if it's the norm. Definitely not upfront or respectable. Core Values are lacking.

      Pay is decent and benefits are okay.

      Cons

      The upper management no matter where you apply is terrible. They switched managers around and the good managers retired.
