Immature and lacking corporate structure despite having been in business for 10+ years. Still feels like a mom&pop shop with the global CEO pulling most of the strings despite ambitions to retire. Expect hard work with fluid outcomes as you pull a miracle with forever changing priorities. Flexible hours as only outcomes matter so you might work from home or start late but expect that your second shift will commence around 5pm when the European HQ starts the day. A Teams meeting at 6pm on a Friday is not unheard of so push back early or it will become the norm.
