We appreciate your comments as we are always trying to learn and be better. We are proud of the positive environment that we have created as well as the work life balance that our employees enjoy. Our owner's vision for the company is what has brought us so much success as a company. We will work harder to make sure that the vision is shared to all levels. Regarding flexibility, we believe in in-person communication, so yes, we do require our employees to work in office. We try to provide flexibility for workers who have shown their commitment to the company, but you are correct that there is less flexibility for those who are doing the bare minimum. We believe very strongly in rewarding employees financially for their contributions, and many have seen increases well above market rates. Many of our managers and supervisors have grown from entry level positions, so there is absolutely career growth for those who work hard, but again, we appreciate the feedback and will do more to make sure that open communications include growth plans and rewards. In the end, we are sorry to lose any employees, but we are grateful for those that are committed to making our company a leader in our industry. We understand that we might not be the right fit for everyone, but we are actually proud of the fact that our owner cares about the company and is engaged with the various departments and teams when he can be. He is not an absent leader which is what has helped build the company to what we are. Being a flat organization, decisions are made quickly and everyone has access to the owner. We have a lot of people who have been with the company since close to the beginning which says a lot about the company.
