- Hands-on experience with some of the largest CPG companies in the world - Experienced leadership who spend time to mentor junior team members - Great culture and sincerely nice people to work with - Competitive salary, bonus and benefits - Everyone contributes, presents to clients and gets recognition for successes
Cons
- At time demanding timelines to complete the work - Regular travel (both domestic and international) - Missing some benefits found in larger corporations (stock options, pension, etc.)
