- Friendly team I didn't have any technical background when I joined the company 3 years ago, so this was my biggest challenge. Luckily for me all team members were very helpful: if I had any difficulties they were always willing to explain and help. - Great learning opportunities Aside from team members constantly imparting wisdom there are regular tech talks to discuss new technology. Management also encourages people to take part in scientific conferences and other science related events. - New projects The company is constantly launching new projects, so there is always a challenge and it doesn't get boring. - Passion People here are passionate about their work and most employees really believe in what they are building, so they inspire you to be more productive.
Cons
- Working overtime Because of the passion it is customary to have discussions when the working day is over and to fix stuff in the middle of the weekend.
