They will advertise a rate of pay that is unachievable, due to the fact that the delivery rounds simply cannot be completed in the times they claim. You will end up working double the hours they state and spending at least twice what they offer as fuel allowance, which comes out of your pay. The fact that pay in arrears (some 44 days) means that when you quit to save yourself time & money and to protect your mental health, they can then claim - without providing evidence - that 'deductions' means you are owed nothing for days worked. In my case, I worked 6 days and got paid precisely nothing.
They are a bunch of crooks who rely on people's sense of duty and work ethic to get their papers delivered, before withholding earnings simply because they are in a position to do so.
Avoid at all costs.
