Pros

The company is growing quickly and lead by a very strong management team, which puts an emphasis on developing great teams and an enjoyable work environment. The product is the first of its kind and in a very interesting space. The people you work with are friendly and good at what they do.

Cons

The negative association that usually come with a startup aren't present here, as there's god direction and solid process in place.
