Pros

Interesting Exhibits, Good use of technology in exhibits.

Cons

Billed as a children's museums, but actually not that many exhibits for kids under 12. This museum lacks competent leadership, and it is very top-heavy. They tend to promote people based on their relationships to other management staff, rather than actual skills and experience. When I worked there, leadership was very quick to make examples of employees. I always felt like I had to watch my back for fear of being reprimanded for any minor offense. If you keep your head down, and do not offer any critiques or advice about how the museum is doing, you can succeed in working here. Offering any advice falls on deaf ears, and really management just steals credit from you anyways.
