      Micromanagement, no trust, no guidance, no growth

      pay is ok for fresh grads (but anything higher, better chance elsewhere)

      Cons

      1. people in management have no leadership skills 2. this company is a culture of micromanagement, will not trust u even if u prove urself (plus their standard for proving urself is subjective) 3. will force u into PIP if they already decided early on that they don't want you to stay. the PIP is just a way to force u to quit, if u decide to stay, they will make things increasingly hard for u

      Pros

      Just kidding! Salary is all right, what's impacted is your mental and physical health due to stress. Annual leave and MC is almost the bare minimum allowed by law, make sure to negotiate a higher salary to make up for this! Use this place as a stepping stone to move elsewhere.

      Cons

      CTO spineless, CEO rules through fear and plays favourites, policies always change due to "startup" culture, but been a startup for years, surely something is wrong somewhere!
