The work. Continually more challenging and exciting. We were constantly bombarded with more challenges and had to work out a way to solve the problems. I loved my job with a passion and would sometimes spend some time on weekends taking a look over my projects that I was working on. All my fellow staff were very helpful and were perfect team mates when collaborating on various projects I worked on. I loved the chance to speak to new less experienced members of staff and helping them learn aspects of the job that may not have been taught at university. It was great to have such engaged people to mentor and push in the right direction. This will help greatly with the progression of the whole company.

Newtecnic was a great first job for me. I applied after I finished my university course as I was recommended by a lecturer as they take on university students. The whole team was super helpful from day one. As I hadn’t really had much experience at a big company, a few members of staff, including the boss were more than willing to show me the ropes. They also offer weekly meetings to help with development. This was extremely helpful at first as I was given advice for my projects and ways to reach my monthly goals. If I needed any more advice or help all it would take is an email to senior management and they would get back to me very quickly with a helpful advice. I love how the senior management also treated us to breakfast every morning which pushed us to achieve our goals everyday.
